I have been repairing domestic appliance for over 25 years and my knowledge has been recorded on this site .

Unplug from mains.

UNPLUG FROM MAINS.
Remove the rear access panel.


Here is the module in place.

On the right is the module and on the left is the module access cover ,it pulls out.


Remove the screws and loosen the wiring,from the clips ,and the module can be moved to the outside of the machine,if a new module is to be fitted then remove the wires one by one and put on and pull off the new board a couple of times to make sure a good connection is established.Then it will have to be programmed unless a good second hand board, off a good machine (it must be the same machine), is to be fitted.

image five This is a 3 phase module EVOII.The motor has no brushes.Part number c00254298.


Another 3 phase module EVOII.Part number c00254409.

This is a very common module.Part number c00254297 EVOII.There is a nice big pic at the bottom with the wiring.If all the lights start flashing then the capacitor has failed(see below). image eight
